Does anyone konow if the Atem TVS outputs signal on the 2 sdi out and the hdmi simultaneously? Gratitude in advance.

The TVS does output the Program Out signal to it's HDMI & SDI Program Out simultaneously (there is only one SDI program out... just in case I am mis-reading your question)
