AMD CPU's with Intensity Shuttle?

Hi, I've been surfing looking for a capture card to convert my VHS tapes to digital. I see that AMD CPU's are not supported, is that still true?

My primary computer is a AMD FX-9370/ASUS Sabertooth 990FX motherboard with 16GB or Corsair Vengeance PC-10666 RAM, Samsung 840EVO 512GB SSD.
