Best Rackmount Server Solution with BlackMagic cards

Hello,
We have been streaming with the BlackMagic Decklink cards and looking to build two new rack mount (preferably 1 RU units) computers/servers for streaming HD video. Does anyone have any suggestions for the best computer for this? We have had issues with Dell (tower computers) and their motherboard not liking the BlackMagic cards. We have had better success with HP but wanted to see if anyone has built a rackmount computer or server and if there are any suggestions that are friendly with Decklink cards. Not yet .. Just looking for best sollution..

Keep in mind that they gonne be very loud.
If you're not planing to use them separated, this may be a problem.

buy a Mac Mini. Get the more expensive i7, as you will need the processing power. I stream with LiveStream and ProCoder with Blackmagic thunderbolt products.

But you want RACK MOUNT - a 1RU Rack mount ! Easy -

i think any old DELL 1U server from ebay for $500-$1000 will be great .. put there declink quad and U have 4 channel cheap streamer ..

I was not tested it.. Im using lot of 1950 servers for streaming and transcoding video on internet.. But never tested decklink in it.. Im planning to build one encoder for local TV here to 1U rack .. Then i will put feedback here..
