PCIe Intensity HDMI Out Specs (not the Pro version)

Hello all

I urgently need some assistance. I've got the original Blackmagic Intensity card (not the Intensity Pro that offers the breakout cable connectivity, but the one with just HDMI in and out).

I am currently working on two 1080p24 projects. I am using the Blackmagic Intensity while video editing in FCP (7.0.3) and when I am sound mixing in Pro Tools (HD 8.1.1). I am routing the video on a 19" Panasonic HDTV that supports 24p1080 on its HDMI inputs.

It appears that the card does not support 1080p24 output: there is no option to preview in this format within FCP and whenever I work on a 1080p24 project with Protools the TV monitors flips to 1080i60.

According to the Blackmagic website [http://www.blackmagicdesign.com/products/intensity/techspecs/], it appears that the Blackmagic Intensity Pro does support 1080p24.

Could some one please confirm this? I have been googling for the past 2 days and it seems Premiere 6 and FCP users have the same issue with the Intensity Pro.

Would the lack of 1080p24 output be another difference between the Intensity and the Intensity Pro?

The Pro does support it (it was added a few years after it's release). the original Intensity does not support it as it was discontinued before we added support for that format to our other boards.
