Hello,

Judging from the picture, it looks like the Blackmagic is not detected by the PC.

The Intensity Shuttle does have a strict hardware requirement. We list these requirements on our support page (select Windows, then Intensity and then Intensity Shuttle, and follow the link on the next page for Support Notes).

If you have not done so, do make sure that you are using the most current version of our Desktop Video driver on our support page.

Also make sure that your NEC/Renesas drivers are all up to date: http://www.station-drivers.com/page/renesas.htm

Depending where you are located, you may want to contact our support lines directly and we will be more than happy to assist.

What you downloaded is the same that's on the disc, quite possibly, even a newer version.

Sounds like either your USB 3.0 controller isn't compatible, or you need different drivers.

What type of USB 3.0 controller does your PC have? (You can determine this in Device Manager).

its not in english but i think ull understand what means the version and stuf..
and buy the way my pc is reconizing the black inesty shuttle because u know when u plug something new that ur pc never was connected before hes trying to instail it? like drivers and stuf by himself
its pretty hard to expalin because my english isnt that good but i hope u got me there
so any ways he did reconize the intensity shuttle and he tried to instail something for it (by him self) and it failed. then i red that i need to try to instail it with my disk (the shuttle) but if ur saying that what i downloaded from the site is the same whats on the disk..
idk what to do lol

It looks like your USB 3.0 drivers (and possibly firmware) aren't up to date. Get the newest ones from here:

You need to download the drivers and the firmware. I'd start with firmware, since then you'll figure out exactly which Reneas chip you have (download the newest firmware for both chips, and see which one works). Then download the drivers and install those.
