Resollve 8 or 9 Installation

Hey guys, just downloaded the new beta free version of Resolve 9 and when I run in on Mac, it crashes and tells me "Not Licenced" My question is I am supposed to install a base or? Hope to get clarification. Thanks

Unless you have a dongle you want to download "Resolve Lite", which is the free version.
