Hi there guys. My name is João Leitão, I'm working in a new TV show in Portugal and I'm facing some problems using Decklink Duo in Mac Pro with MBox 3.9.2 software.
When using MBox 3.9.2, my SDI signal never appear in my MBox objects. When I tried to select the video input in the software it never shows up, no matter the input I had chosen ( in the software options or by changing the ports physically.) I also downloaded the latest drivers for the hardware and the problem remains.
After that, I tried MBox 3.8 and the signal appear instantly in my MBox objects, therefore in my projector. I also tried another media server (this time Catalyst) and it worked just fine as well.
Can you help me with this issue?
