Some app to capture in DV

Hi, can you suggest some application (for mac) that can capture video in DV or DVCPRO format? I know that premiere or finalcut can do this, but I need something else, more lite. Something like MediaExpress, but that can capture in compress formats, on the fly. I have Decklink extreme HD.
