Ultra Studio Mini Recorder Issues

Hi,

I have just brought the Ultra Studio Mini Recorder and am having some issues. When I go BM system preferences it says there is on settings required and therefore can not change the input from SDI to HDMI. Can anyone help with this?

Does it say the name of the device at the top of the control panel? If not, your device is not detected. The control panel still opens even when no device is connected or detected.

What system are you trying to use it on?
