Intensity Shuttle Thunderbolt no video output

I have my Intensity Shuttle setup with a Macbook Pro and it works great with the inputs but I can't seem to get any output to the HDTV. I don't have this problem with the Intensity Pro which uses the same config and setup.

Also for some reason I have a thin black line on the bottom of my captures. Anyway to get rid of this? I noticed the latest update fixes it but I need 1080p60 which is only in the 9.6.2 files.
