"no device is connected!" What to do?

"no device is connected!" What to do?

Hi,

I got intensity extreme, and install all the tools/softwares on that CD (including desktop video).
I connect the Intensity extreme to my mac (OSx 10.8.2) with thunderbolt cable.

The question is I cannot see anything working now.

Two things I found after installation.
1. I open "system preference-->(Others)BlackMagic Design", I only see two tab on that setting window, "settings" and "processing"; I cannot change "Audio" and "Video" tabs.

2. I open "BlackMagic Media express", it told me "no device is connected". :shock:

Can someone tell me how to get the set-up works?

i had the same problem last week. i just uninstalled the software and downloaded the latest one in the support center.
