How to apply DV to Live video

I am developing my Play Out which play live and clip ..... and using directshow and Decklink filters for my playout.....the thing is i want to apply DV to clip and live as well..... For Live is use Deck link Key filter with internal key.....please share any idea to apply DV to my Live
