PostWed Aug 29, 2012 6:05 am

Hi all, Im new here. from Malaysia. Just bought 2 units of this converter. It came with black case, without any user guide etc. So i need to know a few things about this device :

1) Should i fully recharge the battery for 1st time use ,n how long

2) This device rainproof or not?

Hi, and welcome to the forum!

The Battery Converter will have some charge when you receive it, but it may not be fully charged. You would ideally charge it until fully charged. If nearly empty, the charge time will be about ninety minutes to two hours. You can refer to the diagram on top of the unit to determine how much power is left in the battery. The power light blinks based on how much power is left in the battery. For a quick explanation, once the battery reaches below 90% it will repeatedly blink once until it reaches 50% when it will blink twice. Less than 10% will blink 3 times.

And for the second question, the unit is not designed to be rainproof.
