Canon 7D > HDMI > BMIP (split screen?)

When I plug my canon 7d into the bmip I get this split screen as the output. Is this a setting with the capture card or the camera? I would like to figure out how fix this if anyone has any suggestions, thanks!

UPDATE: I decided to plug the camera directly into my tv with the hdmi cable and it displays correctly (as one large image). So I'm guessing its a setting on the capture card?

Hi,

It looks like the settings in Media Express are set to 1080p29.97. As far as I am aware the 7D is only outputting 1080i59.94. I think if you set Media Express to this format you should see the picture correctly.
