Black Magic Intensity Pro No Sound When Capturing HDMI

I have had my Intensity Pro now for six months with no issues. Streaming with OBS, etc.

Blackmagic audio is set to default device
I can play music and watch videos just fine
When I open Media Express and click on Log and Capture I get picture fine with no sound
If I go to Sound Options and test I get nothing while capture is happening

HDMI is selected - pass through works fine with HDMI to the TV with videos and audio

Any Ideas?

What type of audio is coming from the source? BM devices only support uncompressed

My audio is coming in from an Xbox 360, Ps4, Xbox One, through an HDMI switch. Switch maybe?

I plugged in directly in. No sound.

I believe Adam was asking what format of audio is your devices putting out? Blackmagic only supports LPCM uncompressed audio, and not proprietary surround sound formats like Dolby, or DTS.

I see, thanks for the insight. I unchecked in audio let programs control etc and it may have fixed the issue. Thanks again
