Decklink HD mode + Blackburst sync

I recently realized that it is not possible to sync Decklink card working in HD mode with Blackburst reference signal, only trilevel. Since majority of equipment in or tv stations is referencing to blackburst, I have problem how to sync playout based on Decklink card that is working in HD mode.

Is there a remote possibility of implementing of HD output mode + Blackburst sync into the drivers??
