instalation blackmagic pro

hello, tell me how to install the device on a PC under Windows?
always use as a format converter.
now I want to install it on my pc (win7) and I have the vegas pro9 as capture.
not abut how to work for and capture.
download the driver from Blackmagic page and no way to make the system work

Put it in your PC (PCIe lane, not sure which), install the drivers from the website, and start capturing.
Personally, Vegas crashes when I open the capture window, so I use the BlackMagic Media Express (comes with the drivers) to capture video.
