Simple question
Do the Videohub Master Control panels need to be on the same subnet as the Videohub itself? I can give my panel an IP via either DHCP or a Static Address and then can be able to ping them, but they continue to give me a Videohub not connected message both on the software and on the front panel.
Our subnets are split between upper and lower by the way and we have no problem at all connecting any computer on any subnet behind the corporate firewall to any Videohub through the standard software
