I'm working through connecting my HyperDeck to my ATEM Production Studio 4K and can connect the HyperDeck, but get the warning message "Remote is Not Active on this HyperDeck". Can anyone offer any suggestions? Thanks!

Push the "REM" button on the front of the deck to enable remote control.
