File naming BMVA

Is there any way to change the file naming & numbering on the BM video assist ?
Also when you insert a new card it starts numbering from zero again.
You have to very careful not to overwrite your files when you transfer to computer.

No, but, you can change the name/number of the SD cards, then use folders with the same name when transferring to a computer. Once they are transferred, yiu can change individual file names/numbers to represent reshot/take name system you use. I name my cards to match the slate and give them a "Roll" number. When I change cards, I match the slate to the care Roll no.
