NO CARD, UPDATE FAILED

Hi everyone, just bought a new blackmagic URSA V2 with 2.6 firmware.

i tried to run the camera with new Lexar Professional 64GB 3400x CFast 2.0 it says NO CARD , I changed the card with another one it says the same . I tried to update the firmware didn't work "Update failed"

Help me please .

Did you format the CFast card(s)?

The card isn't recognized by the camera because it's not formatted when placed in the CFast slot. Go through the steps of formatting and you should see the card after those steps are done.

You can download more current versions of the camera utility however the last update for the URSA was the 2.6. Try updating the camera again with it plugged into an electrical outlet and see what the results are. It could be the firmware didn't quite take the first time but it could with another attempt.
