Blackmagic Desktop Video 10.7 USB 3 Problems

I recently upgraded the Blackmagic Desktop Video software to version 10.7 (tried both 10.6 and 10.7). When I boot up the PC it's telling me that the software is not up to date and needs to update... Am I doing something wrong?

What are your system specs?
