I am having trouble getting my new Ultra studio express to work.
Downloaded all the latest drivers etc and loaded them
I have hooked up a camera via component that can output via SDI HD-SDI or composite / component to my Ultra studio express which is connected to my Mac via thunderbolt.
If I fire up media express I can see the camera output.
But trying via flash media encoder with the input set to any of the blackmagic presets that show up, nothing shows up at all. IN built webcam does so I know it is working.
Plus as I am also trying to output the signal via SD-SDI to a monitor, and getting nothing.
Plugged the camera in directly and the camera is fine so its not the camera.
I have setup the blackmagic card in system preferences to be Input Component Video on one test and SDI on another test .
None of them work.
Anyone out there got an idea what I am doing wrong??
