Hi:
I was using my Macbook Pro to control my ATEM 1 and Control Panel. Works great, but I wanted to use the Ultrascope with my new MSI Laptop with a three gig graphics card and three USB3 ports. I cannot for the life of me get it to connect via the ethernet port . Is there an issue with Windows 7 Home Edition and Network settings? The IP addresses are correct to the switcher and the laptop is set to the right IP address. It connects fine with the Mac every time. Using the latest software - the audio mixer is great, by the way.
The manual really gives very spotty instructions on this. I know the ethernet port works as I hardwired it to the internet with no trouble. I would really like to see if the MSI works with the Ultrascope, but I can't without the software control working. Any suggestions?
