MacPro doesn't recognize Intensity Pro 4K

Hi all. I have a MacPro running El Capitan, Version 10.11.5. For over four years I've been running Wirecast on this machine, utilizing three Blackmagic Design Intensity Pro HDMI and Analog Editing Cards connected to three HDMI Sony PTZ cameras. Recently, one of the cards appeared to be failing, so I replaced it with a new Intensity Pro 4K card, with the understanding that the old cards had been discontinued. I installed the card yesterday, but neither Wirecast nor Blackmagic Media Express appear to recognize it. It's not a matter of not getting a picture - it's a matter of neither application even recognizing that there's a third card there.

Any thoughts? I can provide more specs as needed.
