In today's world most are quick to complain. I just wanted to take a moment and say Thank You to the Black Magic Design team.

Everyone I have spoken with has been positive, helpful and delivered great service.
My experience with the people who make up Black Magic employees has confirmed that I made a great choice in purchasing the URSA mini 4K. The upgrade, support when things did not go just right was superb!

Please keep being the company you are and I will be a lifelong customer.
