Display on viewfinder turns off

Had an issue with the display on the viewfinder turning off automatically on a Black Magic Mini Ursa 4K. Is this caused due to overheating or prolonged usage? Once the display is turned off, one can't access the format card and color temperature dial. Is there a work around? or has anyone ever faced this issue? any leads of workarounds are greatly appreciated.
