Generating 29.97 fps output in Resolve 9

I am using Resolve 9 on Windows 7 x64. Even though I started with a 29.97 fps clip, I could not figure out how to render ("deliver") 29.97 fps output. Resolve seemed to insist on 24 fps rendering. How do I do this?

When you start a project you need to set the project timebase before adding any media to the media pool.
