Hello all:
EDIT: The power outage has been fixed. We are back online. Thanks.
The city where the US headquarters is located has had a power outage (it is 11:15 am PT as I write this.) This means that there will be no phone support in the US until the outage has been fixed by the city. Hopefully this will be done quickly and we will be back online shortly.
