Issues with BMD Intensity Shuttle

Good Afternoon everyone,
Having issues getting video in using a BMD intensity shuttle. My broadcast program (Wirecast) shows BMD intensity as an input however no video is coming through. I also tried media express but an unable to get video in as well. Using a Canon Vixia HF G20.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

UPDATE:
The 2 inch thick instruction manual says the camera is set automatically set to 1080i60 so I set the BMD to that also and I am getting nothing. I reloaded the 2 disks that came with it and made sure everything was downloaded. The BMD keeps changing it back to NTSC by itself.

Are you sure it's not the output that's resetting to NTSC? If so then that's standard.

Try using Media express to check if you are getting a signal and set it to 1080i59.94

I will give that a try.
