Losing Configuration

PostFri Mar 10, 2017 2:06 am

I have an intensity shuttle usb3. I have NTSC video as a source and I have set and saved that configuration with the video setup application. The system seems to run fine as long as I leave the desktop video setup application running, but, if I stop it the configuration changes to HDMI as input.

Try updating to the most current version of Desktop Video as this should fix this issue for you.

I had the latest version of desktop video.. but, when I checked the driver status in device manager (windows 10), I found there was an error in the driver installation, so I uninstalled and reinstalled desktop video, and all seems to work okay now. Thanks.
