Wondlan LCD Monitor does nt work with my Black magic

I bought a Wondlan sniper shoulder rig which it has LCD monitor with SDI inputs and HDMI . When it had been connected to my Black magic 2.5 k i got no signal.
would you tell me how i can solve this issue ?

Try setting your camera to 1080p24/25 and turn monitor overlays off, (sets camera output to 1080i output, and see if the monitor works then. If so, the monitor only works with 720p60 or 1080i, not the 1080p normal output of the BMCC 2.5.
