HDMI to SDI Mini Converter Format Support

I need to do the following conversion:

HDMI Input: 480i YUV 4:4:4 10-bit
SDI Output: 480i YUV 4:2:2 10-bit

Basically, I'm fine with the reduction in chroma subsampling from 4:4:4 to 4:2:2, but 10-bit in and out is a must.

480i YUV 4:4:4 10-bit input support over HDMI is pretty rare, so I really want double check before ordering this product. The Tech Specs imply that this is accepted.

The Mini Converter does not down convert, if you put 10-bit in, you will get 10-bit out. That said, the Mini Converter specs only list 525i, and not 480i.
You must be using a 3-CCD SD camera to get 4.4.4 out?
