bmpcc turns itself off randomly

Went to document the local square today, discovered that my bmpcc repeatedly turned itself off seemingly spontaneously, at times while filming, at times when pressing 'stop' and at other times while not even shooting. Longest shot around 30 sec. but often not more than five or six.

Anything to do?

Hello Jan. A bad battery even if powered externally may cause this.

So even if it claims to have 95% left it can shut down? Oddly, I find it to be great news, will buy a new and try tomorrow
