Can't read video from my card

Hello,

I just buy a Intensity Pro 4K and I use it in windows.

In the "Desktop video setup", I can see the video input size when I change my device but in VLC or Davinci Resolve I can grab the video.

In VLC it just crash and in Davinci Resolve it tells me :

Code: Select all

Resolve cound not communicate with the deck:
Please checl the RS422 cable is connected to the dech and the deck is in remote mode.

and then

Code: Select all

There is no valid input video signal detected.
Please check the video connections are secured and selected video format is matching the input video.

What did I do wrong?
