DeckLink Mini Monitor Outputs

Hello. first post here. I'm based in Los Angeles. I'm building a software-based video switcher for a church in Zambia. We're planning on using vMix, as are several churches we collaborate with. The computer is an HP z400 w/nVidia 1050 TI.

I need to feed a Matrox Monarch HD with an HDMI HD signal for live streaming. I may be able to get that from the video card's HDMI. If not ...

I also need to feed the church's projector with an SD signal. The Decklink Mini Monitor seems like a cost effective way to get the signal out. Do both outputs always have to be the same, or if needed, can the two outputs be set to SD and HD simultaneously?
