BM Intensity Shuttle Thunderbolt for Windows?

Hi,

About a year ago I bought a BM Intensity Shuttle. Since the idea was to use my macbook pro - I bought the thunderbolt version. However, since then I have invested in a new powerful PC and my questions is basically if my BM Intesity Shuttle Thunderbolt will be working on my PC? If yes, what do I need to do?

If your motherboard on the PC has Thunderbolt ports, there should be no issue with it working with it as well.

And if it does not? Would a "converter" work - or is it out of the question?

YMMV with adapters as these are not tested by us.

I have a similar question. Had been using the Intensity Shuttle Thunderbolt 3 on a Mac before, and now planning to switch to PC. I would pick my motherboard depending on their compatibility with my shuttle.

I´ve found a list of supported motherboards on the BM website, but it seems pretty outdated. Could you confirm what you wrote above, that EVERY motherboard with native TB3 support will be compatible with my BMIS? If not, could you recommend a tested motherboard with 1151 socket?
