Hey I inherit a project and I am quite new to video processing and capturing.
My predecessor bought the Declink Mini Recorder but left the company. What I do need is to ingest tons of content originally in SD. I do need to ingest compressing the video (ideally 320x240) and the audio also compressed MP3 320kbps. I understand the CPU must compress but Is it possible with this card? Is there any commercial software already available for that? Do I have to develop an app?
