Greetings,
I am looking for the process/instructions to install new and updated firmware to my Blackmagic Web Presenter.

de-install the Web presenter software, install the new version and connect webpresenter to the computer. You will be prompted to upgrade.

Hello Dino. Also note to update firmware on the Web Presenter, connect your computer to the USB jack on the front of the unit. The USB Type B connection on the back is for the video only and not firmware updates.
