Hi Guys,
We just bought a Intensity Pro 4K. We need to recieve a 4K signal, but the image does not displays like it should. Pls see img attached
The image that it should display es all Green, but only the half of the screen is green and the other half is like with noise. This happens to when I use other PC 4K as the video provider (one side half the desktop and in the other half noise).
It looks the same on the Video Desktop Software.
The option 8-bit BGRA is the only one that works. We already tried using differents HDMI cables.
