Connection between Atem & Hyperdeck

Hi, I´m trying to control an Hyperdeck recorder from my Atem Television Studio switcher but I can not connecting between them.
I´m writting the IP address shown on the Hyperdeck on the Atem Sw setup for the Hyperdeck, but it show me a "connectong error". I´m doing the connection using a router where is also connected the Atem switcher and the computer running the Atem sw.
Any Idea to solve it?

Post the full IP information from both, it may be that they are configured to be on different subnets. Also make sure the remote button is pressed on the deck.
