Intensity shuttle usb 3

Hi using a GIGABYTE H110M-DS2 motherboard and a GIGABYTE 2GB GT730 DDR3 graphics card. Can not get any video from the shuttle. Am using HDMI input from a cannon xa10 I am getting audio in media express

Any suggestions

What resolution is your cam outputting..

The shuttle is unable to capture 1080P.. Which this camera is outputting a lot of time..
See this link and do the opposite to bring it to 1080i. Check to connect the camera to a Monitor to see if the monitor reports 1080 I 50 or 1080 p 50

Have you installed the full Desktop Video package? That sets up the hardware.
Blackmagic Teranex 2D, Ultrastudio Express, Intensity Shuttle (Thunderbolt), Two H.264 Pro Recorders (Mac OSX) & lots of old VTRs used for digital archiving of legacy video formats for major libraries, broadcasters, universities and public archives.
