Ok so I am quite a bit of a newbie to everything video. I have searched the forum and haven't found what I'm looking for so here it goes.
I am trying setup a new camera system for live streaming/broadcasting at my church. The current camera they have just isn't up to par with picture quality. It's an old Hitachi TV cam.
I have the shuttle configured to pick up the picture via component (since the newer temp camera doesn't do hdmi). I can capture the video via MediaExpress and can playback files. The ATEM studio will not recognize the feed unless I am playing back the captured video.
Is there a setting I am missing for the shuttle to passthrough the video from the camera straight to the ATEM studio? or different software needed?
