I have an Ursa Mini 4.6k currently on camera software 4.3.1. I downloaded the 4.4 update to my laptop (which didn't have any BM software on it previously). The installer works, but when I connect my camera via USB the camera does not show up. Looking at Device Manager I get this message:
Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)
You better search through Google for "windows 10 disable digital driver signature verification"
64-bit versions of Windows 10 and 8 include a “driver signature enforcement” feature. They’ll only load drivers that have been signed by Microsoft. To install less-than-official drivers, old unsigned drivers, or drivers you’re developing yourself, you’ll need to disable driver signature enforcement. (When Secure Boot is enabled, this could also give issues)
