Web Presenter is NOT working

Received my NEW Web Presenter, and I purchased the optional Teranex Mini Smart Panel... Upon unboxing, I plugged everything in, but get NOTHING. I hear like something is on, but nothing comes on the window. Plug in the front USB to computer USB and it says --->> Software up to date 1.2

Please help!
