LANC CABLE BETWEEN HANDLE AND CAMERA URSAMINI4KEF

Hi everybody !
Im a newbee and just bought a used ursamini4k/EF from a respactable retailer in my country and I have 1 year of garantie.

When I connected the lanc Cable (camera off) between camera lanc input on the right side of the camera and the handle it didnt work.

Now I tried with the Connection lanc input at rear of the camera and neither this worked.

Once again i connected the Cable between the handle and lanc input on the right side of the camera and now suddenly it works....

Im confused and so are the retailer ??

Are there anyone out there or from Black Magic who knews about this problem ??

You might have a bad LANC cable, which is wirk intermittently. Try a new LANC cable. Also, make sure the cable is plugged all the way in, it will feel like it is plugged in when not fully seated, and will not work, until the plug is fully seated.

yes i noticed there is a Little gap t pushing it further in helped me the first time but then it didnt help
My retailer sent me a manfrotto Manfrotto 522SCA "fjärrkontrollskabel" today so i will test it when it arrives.

Today I received the manfrotto lanc cabel from my retailer and everything seems to work
perfekt.....
