Decklink Duo 2 on ASRock Z87 Extreme4

Hello,
i will make it short:
I just try to get the card run on this board. Ist it possible?
The Fan does not start. The Bios does not recognize the card.

one more question:
For what is the USB Port needed i found on the card?

Have you installed the Desktop Video software as well as confirm the card is firmly connected to the board? Also, what PCIe slots did you connect to?

Hello, in the bios the card is not listed.
Even with driver installed windows does not see the card.
I used all slots. No other card is attached.

I already tried 3 different Mainboards wirh PCIE 3.0 - no reaction.
Should the fan of the card start, when the machines starts?

It could be that the unit is DOA if you've tried it with multiple boards and know that the slots on the boards work with other PCIe cards. You can contact your regions support office via email/phone and they can provide you further guidance.

Hello, i got a new card and now it is recognized by the system and also by windows.
So this problem ist solved.
But i have another. But i will get to this in a new topic
