Mini convertir SDI to HDMI question

Hi all, i'm planning to buy some sdi to HDMI mini converter for one project and I want know if I can achieve this goal with that mini converter:
I have one SDI cable with video and 2 embedded audio coming from a smart videohub 20x20. I want connect it to the converter and have one audio channel de-embeded in analog outs and connect the HDMI to one normal TV and have video and hear the same audio signal on tv

1 Is this posible or in HDMI i will have multichanel signal?

2 In case that 1 is posible I understand that if I switch to de-embed chanel 2 I will have chanel 2 audio on HDMI,is that ok?
