Intensity Thunderbolt

I am trying to use the Intensity Thunderbolt to capture from my PS4 Pro, but for the life of me cannot get it to show any video on either OBS or Blackmagic Media Express.

I have tried all new cables I have changed every possible setting to make sure they all match but still no luck.

Does anyone know if the Intensity does not work with a PS4 Pro?

The intensity range does not capture 1080P50/60.. Change to a supported resolution and framerate.

HD Video Standards
720p50, 720p59.94, 720p60
1080p23.98, 1080p24, 1080p25, 1080p29.97, 1080p30
1080i50, 1080i59.94, 1080i60

Also HDCP could be a problem so you have to put that function to off in the PS4.
