Desktop Video Control Panel will not open OS X 10.12.6
Posted: Wed Sep 13, 2017 8:59 pmI've installed (and reinstalled) the latest desktop video drivers (10.9.7). When I attempt to open the Pref Pane, either from system prefs or directly by opening the prefpane from the Finder, it never opens. The system prefs widow 'blinks" as if it is opening, but it never appears. Tried different users, updating OS, reinstalling... any ideas? I need to change the output setting but can't.
UPDATE: Downgrade to the 10.9 drivers, which I knew worked, and the Pref Pane opens just fine...
